Student Leadership and Success Studies 2100: Developing the Civically Engaged Scholar | Salt Lake Community College- focuses on leadership development with emphasis on civic engagement, social awareness, and agency to contribute constructively toward community identified needs; designated Service-Learning course uses hybrid model and open educational resource.

This course was designed using AAC&U's Civic Prompts as a framework. Students explore the manifestation of global issues at the local level through the lens of civic ethos, civic literacy, civic inquiry, and civic action.
